Over labor day weekend, Cody and I met up with my brother and sister-in-law and headed to the Gorge to see Dave Matthews in concert. The venue was fantastic, as you can see from this photo, and the concert was great. There is some great people watching at those kinds of concerts. We hadn't been to the Gorge since college when we went to the Horde Fest (Barenaked Ladies, Blues Traveler, Ben Harper, etc.). This was certainly a different atmosphere and a slightly different crowd. The entire stadium was packed - 20,000 people packed! We "camped" - if you can call roughing it in my brother's RV "camping - in the "premier" campground, which was quite a different experience than the first time we went to the Gorge. The tent-stayers were in a different part of the campground &, I'm sure, stayed up a little later than we did! It was a great weekend.
